On Saturday, April 12, 2025, we were delighted to be the main sponsor of the Hospiscare Charity Ball, held at Woodbury Park Golf Club. This special event, now in its second successful year, was hosted by Joe Evans in collaboration with Martin Stokke, Hospiscare’s Senior Events Fundraiser. Joe and Martin first connected on a charity trek to Machu Picchu, bringing their shared passion for fundraising to this fantastic local event.
Around 160 guests attended, enjoying fizz on arrival, followed by a delicious three-course meal and lively entertainment throughout the evening. Sharif Tailoring proudly styled the seven gentlemen featured in the official event photographs, showcasing the bespoke craftsmanship we’re known for.
To support fundraising efforts, we contributed two £250 bespoke tailoring vouchers as raffle prizes. Additionally, every guest received an envelope containing special vouchers for our tailoring services, along with exclusive offers from our valued business partners, Molton Brown and Caroline Charles.
The Hospiscare Charity Ball at Woodbury Park has quickly become a popular and meaningful event within the local community, raising essential funds for Hospiscare’s important work throughout Devon.
Woodbury Park Golf Club, renowned for its excellent golfing amenities—including a driving range and 9-hole course—regularly hosts events ranging from corporate golf days to open competitions, and we’re honoured to partner with them in support of such a worthy cause.
